The Registration Fee includes amounts charged by 3 Day Weekend, LLC for providing its software and services to the activity organizer as well as actual costs incurred from third party providers for each transaction.

General Information

The Event

File those calluses and lace up your lifters for Kentuckiana's Fittest 2018 - Novice. Two person, same sex teams will compete in 4 workouts throughout the day (3 Events + 1 Floater WOD), with the top 5 teams from each division moving onto a Final WOD. Join us for a day of competition, community, and fun!

Weights listed for minimums and maximums are for a 1 rep max unless noted otherwise. If you have 1 or 2 movements where you exceed the maximum standard, you still qualify. If you have 3 or more movements that exceed the maximum standard, your skill/ability level likely exceeds the scope of our novice competition. Not all possible movements are listed; however, if you can complete the minimum standards listed, anything that shows up on competition day will be achievable.

Spectator Details

Spectator entry is free. Spectators are also encouraged to bring lawn chairs, tents, coolers, etc. to set up in the Four Barrel parking lot. Please do not bring coolers, chairs, strollers, etc. into the building as it will be standing room only.
