The Event
CrossFit Unbreakable is excited to announce the 4th annual Summer Bash!!
This event is geared toward teen and adult first-timers, RX athletes, and strongman teams. Please do not register if you are a elite/regional athlete or a professional strongman. Each competitor will participate in 3 WODs plus a championship WOD for the top athletes.
Event Options
CrossFit Individuals
- - This event is geared toward teen and adult first-timers, intermediate, and Rx athletes.
- - Competing options: Rx or Scaled
- - WOD release dates: 5/15, 5/29, and 6/12 for different WODs.
- - The finals won't be released. Finals will be for top 4
- - Absolutely no: double unders, hand stand work, muscle ups, pull ups, snatch, or pistols.
- - Guaranteed a T-shirt (male cut).
- - Cash and prizes to those on the podium.
- - Video tutorials will be released closer to the event.
Team Strongman
- - This event is geared toward teen and adult first-timers and intermediate athletes.
- - There are no weight classes.
- - Please do not register if you are an advanced or pro strongman.
- - Teams must consist of male/male or female/female
- - Guaranteed a T-shirt (male cut).
- - Cash and prizes to those on the podium.
- - Video tutorials will be released closer to the event.

CrossFit Individuals
1). Event 1: 12 AMRAP w/ Buy In
- - Buy-In: Two runs to the fence and back (about 300 meters each time) with a sand bag. Men's (RX/Scaled) sand bag is 60 lbs and the women's (RX/Scaled) is 40 lbs.
- - RX is 15 burpees + 30 KB Snatches (Male 53 lbs / Female 35 lbs)
- - Scaled is 15 burpees + 30 American KB Swings (Male 53 lbs / Female 35 lbs)
2). Event 2: Two Ladders
- - Clean & Jerk Ladder
- - 0:30 to make the lift, 0:10 to transition
- - Tie-break: max jerks in your last completed rung of the ladder
- - No. You cannot return to a prior rung.
- - RX Weights (M/F): 135/85, 155/105, 175/125, 195/145, 215/165, 235/185, 255/205
- - Scaled Weights (M/F): 95/65, 115/85, 135/105,155/125, 175/145, 195/165, 215/185
- - Deadlift Ladder
- - 0:30 to make the lift, 0:10 to transition
- - Tie-break: max dead lifts in your last completed rung of the ladder
- - No. You cannot return to a prior rung
- - No straps
- - Dead Lift Ladder immediately follows the C&J Ladder
- - Implements by round: ninja hooks, axle bar, trap bar, ninja hooks, axle bar, trap bar, beam bar

3). Event 3A: Mini WOD
- - 2 minutes max calorie row. You select the dampener
- - 1 minute break
3). Event 3B: Chipper
- - 60 calorie row. Must use the same dampener.
- - 40 push press #115/75 (#95/65 scaled)
- - 200 single unders
- - 40 cleans #115/75 (#95/65 scaled)
- - 200 single unders
Strongman
1). Strongman Event 1: Press Medley
- - Each partner must complete 5 reps on each implement prior to advancing
- - Viper press from the hang a keg overhead 5X (each partner). #135/75.
- - 5X each dumb bell press #115/60
- - 5X each log press #185/95
2). Strongman Event 2: Braemer Stone Put
- - Each athlete will have two attempts at the stone put. #22/12.
- - There is no approach for the put. i.e. no spinning or gliding.
3). Strongman Event 3: Keg Carry And Load
- - There are 4 kegs, two kegs per athlete.
- - Carry a keg ~75' and load it.
- - Men: 165, 185, 225, 300
- - Women: 75, 100, 135, 165
4). Strongman Event 4: 1RM Axle Bar Clean And Jerk
- - Weight does not come off the bar.
- - Any clean (full, power, continental) and any press: strict, push, or jerk.
5). Strongman Event 5: Static Hold TBD
